Ingredients:
1. 2 Stalks Spring Onion (sectioned)
2. 4 Cloves Garlic (grated)
3. some Old Ginger (sliced)
4. 1 red chili (sliced)
5. 2 bird eye chilies (grated)
6. 1 tbsp black soya sauce

Method:
* Mix 1/2 rice bowl water with Black Soya paste, 1/2 tsp corn flour, old ginger stalk, 1 tbsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp brown sugar. *Stir well.
* Marinated Beef - CornFlour, old ginger stalk, some black pepper powder, some brown sugar, miced garlic and minced garlic.

Method:
1.Heat up 2 tbsps cooking oil, fry minced garlic and minced old ginger until fragrant.
2.Add bird eye chilies, black soya paste and black pepper powder. Stir fry.
3.Add beef and fry until 70% cooked.
4.Pour in Seasoning, stir fry with medium heat for 1 minute.
5.Garnish with Sliced Red Chili and Sliced Spring Onion before serve.
