Steam Chicken with Chinese Celery



Ingredients:
1. Chop Chicken Tight (600g)
2. 4 cloves of garlic (Chopped)
3. 2 shallots (Chopped)
4. 3 slices ginger (Chopped)
5. 2 stalk Chinese Celery (Chopped)


* Heat up 2 tbsps of oil in a wok and fried all the Ingredients (2, 3, 4,5) until fragrant.
Dish up and put aside.

Methods:
Steam Chicken – 20 min
Pour over all the Fried Ingredients and Serve!
