Amaranth and small dried sardines

Ingredients:
1．Ba Yam vegetable- 0.5kg
2．Small dried sardines - Little
3．Garlic – cut into small tinny

Methods:
1. 1 soupspoon cooking oil pours into the hot frying pan, explodes the fine grain garlic
2. Fry the Vege (BaYam) – until it changed to soft.

3. Serve on plate and places Dried small sardines on top

My Puppy – Fatty

Really painful insight… That was a Tuesday, Eason (BiBi ~ New daddy's recommender) called me ~ He asks me whether is still with us। I knew this day will come soon! I felt extremely hateful... Is such so quick?! We have not ready with any preparation actually, that was because BiBi’s leaving us not even 2 weeks, my “sad mood” also has not returned to normal yet… it is just to fast that now I have to face with Ah Fat’s leaving… Too fast until I cannot accept and don’t know how to handle actually…

Such a sudden moment, I had not thought… the next minutes, I made a rang to Chin and told him about Eason is coming over… Who knew he has not responded at all?! Errrggghhh…
I was so sad, it was like so reluctantly I have to accept that Ah Fat is going to leave us soon…

Same situation like BiBi that day ~ I went home, brought Ah Fat to restroom… The sad scene started to appear in my mind again… Inside heart ~ I felt like carrying a heavy stone!!!

Ah Fat is actually an overweight puppy, his whole body covered by full dull black shinny hair… His eyes is actually big and round, because of he is just too dark, therefore some times we can’t really see his eyes... A male dog like him, he voice is really loud and strong when he barks! He is totally a Strongly Built and Vigorously puppies comparing to others…

We used to lye on the sofa and he was too playful and over excited… he jumped up on top on our belly and the post we normally have is ‘can’t even make a sound’ and ‘only can feel that our eye balls’ is dropping when this case happened!

Every time when I wanna to shower him, I will walk “hand in hand” with him and his actions will
normally acts like a little human baby to enter gradually with me into the restroom... He will jump up on top and stand on the covered toilet bowl. He will wait there quietly for me to get ready the warm water. He will stand obediently where enjoys me rubbing his back. He likes me to wash his hair and treating him like a human.

Approximately, we suppose to meet Eason on Thursday evening, Eason will come with his friend and bring away Ah Fat from us...

That Tuesday evening, Ah Fat was playing at the living room as usual, my little lonely disposition Catty (another female puppy with Cream colour) unexpectedly was giving extraordinarily attention to play with Ah Fat!
* We been keeping them since so long and we never seen Catty get along well with Ah Fat?!

Same day… when Chin came back, I was so happy to tell him about Catty and Ah Fat! Until that was time to sleep, I kept asking him with the same question ‘should we really give away Ah Fat to others?’ Because I discovered, in the past several years, we didn’t actually have time to take care them nicely. None of us have the extra time to pay attention to look after them. Therefore, that’s the only reason why they are now having rebel's behavior. I can see thoroughly Chin didn’t want to make such a bad decision too. But he has not actually detained any opinion for me.
~ Errrggghhh!!! I didn’t know how to express… I was sad and it was so hard for me to fall asleep on that particular night!~

Wednesday… Gosh! Here the critical moment come! Tomorrow will be “The Date”!
As usual Ah Fat was playing in the living room again… I was sitting on the sofa; Ah Fat suddenly lying on my legs and showed his adorable faces to me…
Oh My God ~ I can feel my heart was ‘MELTING’… And this lovely scene will not be able to appear again after Thursday evening!!!

The feeling inside me heart was like drinking the Lime Juice!
Damn it… suddenly I felt like I hate Thursday’s evening?! ~

Ha! Unbelievable… Who knows there’s sentences came out from Chin’s mouth… with ‘Dull and Heavy Voice’!
He said ~ “I think you called Eason and tell him don’t came tomorrow! Our Ah Fat is actually quite obedient!”
~ Oh??? My mind cannot respond at all in a sudden!
But inside my heart… I was like dancing on the huge big stage… Yeeaaah! Yeaaaahh! Yeaaaah!!!

I was so impatient, the second days the first minute after awake from my best sweet dream…I gave Eason a call and CANCELED our appointment with him!!!

So, now our Big Ah Fat is still with us …
~ And I am hoping that we will not change our mind and don’t give up Ah Fat anymore!!!

Lovely Steam Pork

Ingredients:
1. Minced Pork (200g)
2. 4 cloves of garlic (Fine cut)
3. 2 shallots (Fine cut)
4. 2 Green small Chilies (Fine cut)

* Marinate - Stir well the Minced Pork with all the Ingredients (1, 2, 3, 4).
(Add ½ cup of water, ½ tsp of corn flour and 1 tsp of oyster source)

Methods:
Steam – 20 min

Fried Mao Gua with Dried Squid

Ingredients:
1. 1 Mao Gua (sectioned)
2. 4 cloves Garlic (grated)
3. Some sliced dried squid
4．1/3 Carrot (sectioned)

Methods：
1．Heat up 1 tbsp cooking oil, fry grated garlic until fragrant.
2．Add in sliced squid and fry with medium for 5 min.
3．Add in Mao Gua and carrot, add in some salt, then fry for another 5 min.

Sour and Spicy Soup

Ingredients:
1. 2 Stalks Spring Onion (sliced)
2. 1/3 Carrot (sliced)
3. 1 Chili (sliced)
4. 1 Big Red Onion (sliced)6. 20g Black Fungus (sliced)
5. 2 Mushroom (sliced)

Seasoning:
* Corn Flour, white pepper and brown sugar.
* Spices: Caramel, Sesame Oil, Yeast Extra, Tomato juice

Methods:1. Cook 1000ml water, mix with about seasonings.
2. Add in all Ingredients and cook for 10min.
3. After cooked, add in 1 egg and stir well.
4. Add sufficient salt and cook for 5 min.

Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients:
1. 2 Stalks Spring Onion (sectioned)
2. 4 Cloves Garlic (grated)
3. some Old Ginger (sliced)
4. 1 red chili (sliced)
5. 2 bird eye chilies (grated)
6. 1 tbsp black soya sauce

7. 1 tbsp black pepper (crushed)

Method:
* Mix 1/2 rice bowl water with Black Soya paste, 1/2 tsp corn flour, old ginger stalk, 1 tbsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp brown sugar. *Stir well.
* Marinated Beef - CornFlour, old ginger stalk, some black pepper powder, some brown sugar, miced garlic and minced garlic.

Method:

1．Heat up 2 tbsps cooking oil, fry minced garlic and minced old ginger until fragrant.
2．Add bird eye chilies, black soya paste and black pepper powder. Stir fry.
3．Add beef and fry until 70% cooked.
4．Pour in Seasoning, stir fry with medium heat for 1 minute.
5．Garnish with Sliced Red Chili and Sliced Spring Onion before serve.

Serve with Porridge

Fried Mini Sardine

Ingredients:
1. Dried Mini Sardine
2. 6 Cloves garlic (Fine Cut)

Methods:
1. Clean the Mini Sardines and drain.
2. Fry the Fine Cut Garlic until it changed yellowish. (Medium Heat)
3. Add in Mini Sardines, fry until fragrant.
4. Stop the fire. Garnish with 1 tsp of brown sugar and serve.

Mushroom Potato

Ingredients:
1. 1 Potato (Slices)
2. 4 Cloves garlic (Fine Cut)
3. 6 Mutton Mushroom (Slices)

Methods:
1. Fry the Slices Potato with 3 tbsps of cooking oil until it changed yellowish.
(Drain- Slices Potato)
2. Fry the Fine Cut Garlic until it changed yellowish.
3. Add in Slices Mushroom, fry for 5 min.
4. Mix 1 tbsp of Oyster Source, Corn flour and fry together with Slices Potato.
5. Fry for another 5 min. Dish up and serve!

Our group of people,(8 of us) … driving up to Cameron Highland enormously!

* The weather is cloudy...Raining (Extremely cold!)

All the way all is the curving road…Just in a short while of driving…The road all the way up entered governs the narrow condition!

The curving place is especially dangerous, in addition rains ~ slippery… We arrived there about 7pm!

Woow!!! Reached the first small town.。。The rain water has not been stop and even heavier…We were forced to get down from the car for shopping, with“the underwear umbrella”which is given by Christina when she was back in Malaysia!

Friends from another vehicle were already getting up the “BBQ-fire”.
Preparation start and doing BBQ ~Baking.

There weather is Spring all over the year, the evening climate is very possible get down to 10 degree! For a country like Malaysia,10 degree is extremely cold!)

Urrh! By the time we arrived Sister Tan’s house is already almost 8pm!

The rain didn’t stop , the night was dark misty… Can even felt the cold was right at the corner!

The happy thing is, in front of her house ~ There is a space for us to BBQ, we won’t drip wet by the rain.

Although outside didn’t have any street light, but we may see clearly under our foot ~ was a piece of green and glossy peppermint garden.

People who stay there… due to the fresh air… I believe Human's mood also can be better!
