1. 1 Mao Gua (sectioned)
2. 4 cloves Garlic (grated)
3. Some sliced dried squid
4．1/3 Carrot (sectioned)
1．Heat up 1 tbsp cooking oil, fry grated garlic until fragrant.
2．Add in sliced squid and fry with medium for 5 min.
3．Add in Mao Gua and carrot, add in some salt, then fry for another 5 min.
