Mushroom Potato

1. 1 Potato (Slices)
2. 4 Cloves garlic (Fine Cut)
3. 6 Mutton Mushroom (Slices)

1. Fry the Slices Potato with 3 tbsps of cooking oil until it changed yellowish.
(Drain- Slices Potato)
2. Fry the Fine Cut Garlic until it changed yellowish.
3. Add in Slices Mushroom, fry for 5 min.
4. Mix 1 tbsp of Oyster Source, Corn flour and fry together with Slices Potato.
5. Fry for another 5 min. Dish up and serve!
