Fried Mini Sardine

1. Dried Mini Sardine
2. 6 Cloves garlic (Fine Cut)

1. Clean the Mini Sardines and drain.
2. Fry the Fine Cut Garlic until it changed yellowish. (Medium Heat)
3. Add in Mini Sardines, fry until fragrant.
4. Stop the fire. Garnish with 1 tsp of brown sugar and serve.
