Sambal Lady Fingers

1. Lady Fingers (300g - slices)
2. 6 cloves of garlic (Fine cut)
3. 3 shallots (Fine cut)
4. 1 Red Chili (Slices)
5. 30g of Shrimp (Fine cut)

* Sambal paste – Red Chilies blended with garlics and shallots (all together 200g)
~ Add a little bit of salt and mix well.

1. Rinse and drain the Ladies Fingers.
2. Heat 3 tbsps of oil in a wok and sauté sambal mixture until fragrant.
3. Add in Lady Fingers, stir-fry until cooked.

After everything done, garnish with sliced chili and serve!
