Beef Balls and Chinese Spinach



Ingredients:
1. 150g minced beef
2. 6 prawns (remove heads and shells) – chop finely
3. 60g Chinese Spinach (Poh-Choy)
4. 1 stalk Chinese Celery
5. 5 slices ginger
6. 1 tsp sesame oil

Seasoning:
1. ½ egg white, 1 tsp of cornflour, a little of salt, pepper and sesame oil.
2. Fine cut 1 tsp of mint shallots, garlic and 3 small green chilies.
3. Salt and pepper (sufficient stock)




Methods:

1. Mix the Minced Beef and Prawns with all the seasoning (1) and (2).
2. Use hand to squeeze out the meat balls.
3. Rinse and cut into sections.
4. Ready 1.5 liter water to boil. Boil together with the 5 slices of ginger.
5. Add in meat balls until cooked.
6. Add in Seasoning (3) and stir well.
7. Dish up, drizzle with well fried garlic oil and serve!
