Steam Pork with Salted Fish
Ingredients:
1. Minced Pork (200g)
2. 4 cloves of garlic (Fine cut)
3. 2 shallots (Fine cut)
4. 2 Green small Chilies (Fine cut)
5. 50g of Salted Fish
6. 20g of Ginger (slices)
* Marinate - Stir well the Minced Pork with all the Ingredients (1, 2, 3, 4,5).
(Add ½ cup of water, ½ tsp of corn flour and 1 tsp of oyster source)
Methods:
Steam – 20 min
After everything done, garnish with sliced gingers and serve!
